250g fresh spinach

1 small cucumber

60g parsley

1 stalk celery

250 ml cup water

Sea salt, to taste

75ml Marqués de Guadalmina Arbequina Exta Virgin Olive Oil

Dash of cayenne pepper or half a fresh chili

Juice of 1/2 a lemon


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processo...
