Aderezo de Aceite, ajo y perejil
- a typical Spanish sauce that is great on fish.
Ingredients: Garlic cloves, parsley and Marqués de Guadalmina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation: Finely chop the garlic and parsley (or you can blend), add the mixture to some oil in a pan and fry. When the bits of garlic start to colour, pour in a generous amout of oil and cool the pan in a saucepan of cold water to stop the cooking process.
Serving suggestions: This is great of nearly any type of grilled fish
